Kinder Planet Curriculum - Brain Research

The science of child development shows that the foundation for sound mental health is built early in life i.e. 0 to 6 years, as early experiences—which include children’s relationships with parents, caregivers, relatives, teachers, and peers—shape the architecture of the developing brain.

In Kinder Planet pre-school, activities are designed to ignite curiosity and encourage exploration. Children are allowed to progress at their own pace and opportunities are presented to work individually and in groups.

School activities to boost Young Brains

  • Provide finger play activities everyday
  • Clapping and dancing activities for creative movement "Who Stole the Cookie from the Cookie Jar," "Open, Shut Them," and "If You're Happy and You Know It"
  • Water play activities that exercise the small muscles, such as using eye droppers, sponges to transfer water.
  • Dancing with streamers and scarves during music movement.
